Being as it is, this book goes along well with the first one, albeit missing the first one's attempt at the humor. The story this time is even less plausible. Feels more like the only thing that the author(s) really thought through is how the cape got the powers, leaving everything else in sketches (dramatically, drawings are as good as before).
